Privacy Policy

This policy explains how KÖK Interactive processes the personal data collected through our website and our game.

01Data we collect

We process several categories of data in order to run our services. This data is either given to us directly by you or collected automatically as you use the service.

Account data: username, email address, country and language preference.
Game data: progression, tribe membership, session lengths and in-game preferences.
Technical data: device model, operating system, IP address and crash reports.
Communication data: the contents of the messages you send us.

02Why we process it

We only process your data for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes.

To create and maintain your game account.
To fix technical problems and improve service quality.
To detect cheating and abuse and to enforce community rules.
To meet our legal obligations.
To send you product updates where you have given consent.

03Legal basis

Our processing is carried out under the GDPR and Turkish KVKK on the basis of contract performance, legitimate interest, legal obligation or explicit consent. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

04Retention

We keep your account and game data for as long as your account is active. After a deletion request, data is anonymised or erased within 30 days at the latest; records subject to a statutory retention duty are kept with restricted access for the required period.

06International transfers

Some of our suppliers may be located outside the European Economic Area. In those cases transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

07Children's privacy

Our services are not directed at children under 13. Users between 13 and 16 may require parental consent. If we discover that we have collected a child’s data without that consent, we delete the record immediately.

08Your rights

As a data subject you have the following rights:

To access your data and request a copy.
To have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected.
To request erasure or restriction of processing.
To object to processing and to request data portability.
To lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

09Security

We apply TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage at rest, role-based access control and regular penetration testing. Even so, no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be entirely secure.
