01Scope of the service

KÖK Interactive operates an online survival and life-simulation game together with the website that promotes it. The content, features and availability of the service may change from time to time.

02Accounts and responsibility

You are responsible for the security of your account.

• You must provide accurate and current information.
• You may not share or sell your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any suspicious access.

03Acceptable use

The following behaviour is prohibited and may lead to suspension:

• Using cheat software, bots or automation.
• Trading the in-game economy for real money without authorisation.
• Harassment, hate speech or sharing unlawful content.
• Overloading the service or attempting to bypass security measures.

04Virtual items

In-game currencies and cosmetic items are a limited, personal and non-transferable licence to use; they do not transfer ownership. For digital content, the consumer right of withdrawal may end once the content has been delivered, as permitted by applicable law.

05Intellectual property

The KÖK name, logo, artwork, music and code belong to KÖK Interactive. You may use in-game footage for personal, non-commercial content creation; this permission does not extend to misuse of the brand.

06Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of data or loss of profit. This limitation does not affect a consumer’s mandatory statutory rights.

07Termination

We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

08Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of İzmir have jurisdiction. Consumers retain the right to bring proceedings before the courts of their own place of residence.

09Changes

Where we make a material change to these terms, we notify you at least 30 days in advance by email or in-game message.
